At Direct Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
